XL begins the range as a purpose-built work truck with the standard 6.8L V8, SYNC® 4, Ford Connectivity Package, Trailer Sway Control, and essential towing equipment. The 2026 Ford Super Duty® F-350 offers four V8 engines spanning gas and diesel configurations. The standard 6.8L V8 produces 405 hp and 445 lbs. ft. of torque and pairs with a TorqShift®-G 10-speed automatic transmission. The available 7.3L V8 increases output to 430 hp and 485 lbs. ft. of torque. For diesel power, the 6.7L Power Stroke® Turbo Diesel V8 generates 475 hp and 1,050 lbs. ft. of torque, while the High-Output 6.7L Power Stroke® Turbo Diesel V8 raises output to 500 hp and 1,200 lbs. ft. of torque.

Properly equipped diesel F-350 models can tow up to 40,000 lbs., giving the truck the capacity to handle large equipment trailers, RVs, horse trailers, and commercial loads. Multiple axle configurations, available 4WD, and selectable drive modes allow the truck to be tailored to different workloads and driving conditions around Lewiston.
